Program and setup 3-axis & 5-axis CNC Mills (Haas) Work closely with engineering teams to provide crucial input on design for manufacturability Open communication with engineers, management, and other team members Design fixtures and tooling to setup complex machining operations for experimental parts Qualifications
5+ years of multi axis programming Proficiency in high-speed machining and tool path optimization as well as understanding of speeds and feeds, ability to edit G & M code from CNC controller Ability to program and machine complex and high tolerance components Experience cutting a wide range of materials Aluminum, Plastics, Titanium, Copper, Brass, SST, 303, 304, 316, 440, 416, 1018, Tool steel Passionate about prototyping and machining with ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines. As well as flexibility to work long hours when needed Works well in a dynamic team environment with minimal supervision CAM programming with Solidworks/Mastercam (preferred) Solidworks or CATIA proficiency, as well as Esprit Programming (preferred) Machine maintenance knowledge (preferred) Large format CNC machining and ability to use manual machines such as mills, lathes, grinders (preferred) Benefits

Expected Compensation: $27.92 - $58.20/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
