Senior Engineer II, Network Services at CoreWeave. Lead the architecture, scaling, and operations of CoreWeave's network services for large-scale AI workloads, focusing on service quality, scalability, and performance. Build comprehensive monitoring and alerting, and collaborate with your team to execute the network service roadmap to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the CoreWeave Cloud Platform. What Youll Do
Design and implement world-class network services for large-scale AI workloads. Optimize east-west and north-south traffic to support AI/ML training, distributed compute, and customer workloads. Leverage next-generation networking technologies (e.g., smart NICs, software-defined networking, programmable fabrics). Operations & Reliability
Own the performance and uptime of CoreWeaves network services, including proactive monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Drive automation across service deployment, provisioning, and management. Security & Compliance
Partner with InfoSec to implement network security policies, segmentation, and DDoS mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with data sovereignty and privacy regulations across network services. Who You Are
5+ years of experience engineering and operating network services. Deep understanding of software-defined networking, routing, switching, peering, and distributed network design. Proven experience scaling data center and cloud networks for high-throughput workloads. Experience collaborating with open source communities. Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform). Preferred
Experience offloading services into smart NICs. Familiarity with Kubernetes networking, overlay networks, and service meshes. About You

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We offer a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (eligibility applies). What We Offer
