Lead firmware and control systems development for hydrogen injection in combustion engines. Create real-time control algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink and generate C code. Integrate and configure ECUs, sensors, and actuators. Debug communication via CAN J1939, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet. Calibrate ECU parameters in real-time with tools like ETAS INCA or CANape. Collaborate closely with combustion engineers for seamless hardware-software integration. Requirements
5+ years in
control systems development . 3+ years working with
engines, fuel injection systems, or turbine systems . Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering. Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Embedded Coder, ECUs, microcontrollers, and RTOS. Strong debugging, integration, and calibration skills. Preferred
Experience with
diesel engines . Background in maritime or
automotive embedded systems . Knowledge of
hydrogen fuel systems or hybrid technology . Seniority level
