to join a rapidly growing General Contractor and lead and manage jobsite safety across
multi-family and retail construction projects
in Ventura County. This role ensures full compliance with Cal/OSHA regulations, promotes a strong safety culture, and supports field teams through training, inspections, and risk management. Responsibilities
Oversee company-wide safety policies and procedures Conduct site inspections and ensure Cal/OSHA compliance Lead safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks Investigate incidents and enforce corrective actions Track safety metrics and report to leadership Requirements
7+ years in construction safety (multi-family/retail ) OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR (CHST or CSP a plus) Strong leadership and communication skills Familiar with Cal/OSHA and jobsite protocols Compensation
