The Senior Product Manager will work closely with various internal organizations including business development, engineering and designers to define requirements and roadmaps. This is a great opportunity to lead one or more of our Knox enterprise mobility products. The ideal candidate will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, focusing on delivering value through innovative AI/ML features, robust security frameworks, and scalable enterprise solutions that meet the needs of modern mobile-first workforces. Position Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Samsung Knox Enterprise mobile solutions that leverage AI/ML to enhance productivity, automation, and user experience Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, data science, security, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery Define clear requirements and user stories with a strong focus on enterprise user personas, security, performance, and compliance Partner closely with data scientists and AI/ML teams to define and implement intelligent features such as context-aware automation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and on-device machine learning models Work with ecosystem partners including OS Platforms, Network & Carriers, ISVs and System Integrators to identify and validate opportunities for Samsung to innovate and increase market share Deeply understand the Android ecosystem, including device management frameworks (e.g., Android Enterprise), security APIs, OS-level capabilities, and OEM integrations Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure robust GTM plans and successful product launches Engage with key enterprise customers to gather feedback and validate product direction Serve as a thought leader both internally and externally in enterprise mobility and AI/ML-driven mobile applications Required Skills

Engineering degree in EE, CS, or similar (Masters or MBA preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise mobility or related fields Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-enabled features in mobile apps or devices, ideally within enterprise environments Deep understanding of enterprise mobility ecosystems, including MDM/UEM solutions, EMM policies, and corporate device deployment strategies Familiarity with Android platform and tools, including AOSP, Android Enterprise APIs, security features, and device provisioning is desired Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and on-device AI technologies (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, Android ML Kit) is desired Solid grasp of mobile security concepts, such as encryption, authentication, secure containers, zero-trust architectures, and endpoint threat detection Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineering teams and understanding model lifecycle management (training, deployment, performance monitoring) Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to build an excellent user experience and lead/present small group and/or executive level discussions Able to travel internationally Other Information
