I am currently working with an AM LAW ranked firm, who are actively looking to hire an associate to join their growing Intellectual Property group in Denver.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage intellectual property litigation cases, from pre-litigation strategy to trial and appeals.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
Provide legal counsel on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Collaborate with clients, experts, and other stakeholders to build compelling legal strategies.
Stay abreast of changes in intellectual property laws and industry trends.
Assist in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in Colorado.
2+ years of experience as an Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney, with a strong track record in handling complex IP disputes.
In-depth knowledge of intellectual property laws, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Base compensation range: $230k–$280k
