We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to oversee and optimize recruitment operations across the AMS region. In this role, you will lead a team to deliver end-to-end recruitment operation support, drive TA communications, and manage strategic projects to enhance hiring efficiency, compliance, and quality. Responsibilities
Recruitment Lifecycle Operations: Own and streamline regional recruitment operations and implement improvements, including:
Background Check Process: Ensure compliance with AMS regulations and SLA adherence. Job Posting Approval: Manage approvals and policy and process updates for job descriptions. Oncall Platform Implementation: Ensure efficient and high quality resolution for TA.
TA Communications & Engagement:
Organize and lead regional Talent Acquisition Leadership committees and TA community initiatives. Plan and execute TA-focused events, including recruiter topic-based trainings and leadership roundtables.
Recruitment Project Management: Partner with HR and COE leaders to support company-wide strategic programs:
Recruitment compliance and governance, including pay transparency and audit readiness. Global TA system and tool implementations, including ATS optimizations. Drive projects to improve organizational globalization and scalability.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or Project Management within a multinational environment. Proven track record of leading teams and managing recruitment and HR processes. Strong understanding of AMS labor laws and recruitment compliance.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with TA technology such as Workday, Greenhouse, or LinkedIn Recruiter. Background in program or project management, PMP or Agile certifications a plus. Ability to analyze data in Excel or Power BI to drive operational decisions.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is 124800 - 284000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits vary by location and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off.
