The Impact You’ll Be Contributing The GTM team defines, designs, and executes the commercial strategy for the company. The team identifies, sizes, and segments the opportunity and enables sales and business development to execute effectively. Within the GTM organization, the Customer Solution Engineering (CSE) team drives the success of a specific set of Moloco products and initiatives. The CSE team partners with clients on technical implementations, builds tools and automation to scale product usage, monitors industry trends, prioritizes issues, and communicates findings to product, engineering, design, and other partners to shape product direction.
Responsibilities
Provide high-caliber premium implementation support to customers for Moloco’s most technical Ads products
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize initiatives to scale support for the Sales team and funnel technical voice of the market to Product
Identify, design and build tools and technical processes to increase operational efficiency for Sales and Support and drive Product adoption in market
Develop points of view on technical market challenges and work with Product/Engineering to support their roadmap
Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or related technical field
4+ years of hands-on industry experience in software development
Excellent software development skills and fluency in at least one back-end language (preferably Java, C++, or Python)
Proficiency in JavaScript and Web fundamentals
Experience in Cloud/Distributed development (e.g., AWS, GCE, GCP, BigTable, BigQuery)
Strong technical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot systems and application flows, dive deep into complex problems, and identify root causes
Enjoy working with, supporting, and teaching customers
Comfortable communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Fluent in English
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
[Bonus] Experience in the adtech, performance marketing, retail media, or machine learning space
Compensation and Benefits In accordance with state laws, the base compensation is a reasonable estimate and may be higher or lower based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
Base Pay Range: $147,000—$220,000 USD
