Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive sales, recruiting, account management, consulting, and operational excellence across the practice Help grow our Business Planning practice, with a particular focus on go to market solutions Bring a business-first lens to every conversation, driving impactful, tech-enabled outcomes that elevate our clients’ competitive edge Serve as the SME or Engagement lead for large-scale connected planning solutions Drive innovation and performance through a team-based approach that values output, ownership, and employee wellbeing Lead and manage project risk—including planning, budgeting, deliverables, and executive-level alignment Deepen Slalom’s presence in the market by developing proposals, SOWs, and strategies to grow our footprint within existing accounts Provide technical and architectural guidance on Anaplan and/or Pigment to both clients and Slalom team members Be a mentor and thought leader, regularly recommending emerging technologies and tools that align with client goals and future-state data strategies Provide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Business Partner and team Embody Slalom’s core values and culture, bringing authenticity, curiosity, and care into every interaction Up to 30% travel depending on client needs What You’ll Bring

8+ years of experience delivering technology solutions, with a strong focus on business planning applications 5+ years in consulting, including a proven track record of growing client relationships and winning new business History of successful Anaplan or Pigment project delivery in a leadership role (Workstream or Engagement Lead) Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling for Supply Chain, Retail, Finance, Workforce Planning and/or Sales Performance Management Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable) Superb written and oral communication skills Penchant for service excellence and a collaborative style Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach Strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career About Us

For the Principal role, the base salary pay range is $122,000-$225,000. For this position at the Sr. Principal level the base salary pay range is $140,000-$258,000. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
