Responsibilities
Help generate
Requests For Information
(RFIs) and track approvals.
Monitor and maintain the shop drawing log and shop drawing coordination.
Learn project dimensional control requirements while field verifying dimensions to back-check the shop drawing approval process.
Assist in the coordination and tracking of vendor and subcontractor deliveries.
Learn Ryan Safety Policies and Procedures.
Gain an understanding of overall site logistics.
Participate in and gain an understanding of the city and jurisdictional permit inspection process.
Keep office and jobsite plans updated with RFIs and ASIs.
Accompany Ryan personnel (and Owner) on Punchlist inspections, record Punchlist items, and monitor completion of punchlist work.
Participate in preparing and updating the project schedule.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing. A
bachelor's degree
in a construction-related field is required. You must be able to perform mathematical calculations, understand architectural and engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost-coding systems. You also must be able to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively.

General knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing
Ability to travel as needed to execute projects

Compensation The base pay range is
$68,500.00-$85,600.00 /Annually. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.
