Overview Senior User Acquisition Specialist at Electronic Arts (EA). This role is part of the EA Mobile Growth Organization and reports to the Senior Director of Global Growth & Engagement Marketing. Location: Los Angeles, Redwood City, or Seattle. Hybrid work arrangement. This is a 6‑month contract.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement media buying strategies to improve campaign efficiency and performance for the EA Sports App

Activate digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SDK networks, and programmatic networks

Develop and build strategic partnerships with key studio and product stakeholders within the Ventures organization

Educate, manage, and grow the relationship with external agencies and partners to ensure success for the EA Sports App

Nurture advertising partner relationships with EA’s key partner networks

Contribute to the growth marketing team with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing

Work directly with the Senior Director to implement innovative strategies to grow and maximize revenue for the EA Sports App, with potential opportunities to expand into other areas of the EA portfolio

Requirements

2+ years of experience in mobile media buying/user acquisition/performance marketing

Strong knowledge of attribution

Experience building and optimizing user acquisition campaigns in the gaming or sports category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV)

Curiosity and experience in proposing/testing new advertising channels, partners and formats

BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field

Experience building relationships with third-party media partners and agencies with an emphasis on paid social platforms like Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and Google

Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on return on investment

Passion/knowledge for video games and sports

Knowledge of Excel, and Microsoft Office / Google applications

Compensation and Benefits The compensation ranges listed below reflect EA's good faith estimate for this role in these locations at the time of posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs.

Pay ranges

California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) $101,700 - $151,900 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off, sick time, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
