Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead recruiting efforts across multiple sites and business functions. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving end-to-end recruitment strategies that align with our growth objectives and operational needs. You will be instrumental in building diverse talent pipelines, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring a consistent engaging candidate experience across all locations.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce planning needs and develop strategic recruiting plans across multiple sites
Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership, technical, and high-priority roles across corporate, manufacturing, R&D, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain functions
Serve as the primary recruiting partner for assigned sites, business units and positions, ensuring consistent processes, compliance, and candidate experience
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research
Coach and consult with hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and decision-making
Use data to drive decisions—track and analyze key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity mix, source of hire)
Partner with HR and Communications teams to promote the Cohere Beauty employer brand and enhance visibility across markets
Lead or support enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives such as talent forecasting, DEI hiring practices, and recruitment marketing campaigns
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters or contract recruiters when applicable
Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal policies related to hiring and candidate privacy
Location: onsite in Omaha, Nebraska or Phoenix, Arizona
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in a talent acquisition business partner or senior recruiter role
Proven experience supporting multi-site or multi-functional recruitment efforts (e.g., operations, R&D, corporate functions)
Strong command of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), ATS platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Workday), and CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with senior leadership
Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to navigate complex hiring requirements and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, evolving environment
Experience recruiting within the CDMO, pharmaceutical, beauty, CPG, life sciences, or manufacturing environments preferred
Familiarity with compliance requirements such as FDA and GMP standards preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
