The Software Developer is a member of the Application Development team, and is integral to providing systems solutions for securities auction, client reporting, and various other securities lending processes. Responsibilities
Work with business users in requirements analysis to deliver technical solutions Hands-on technical design and delivery of solutions Plan and manage implementation and deployment of technical solutions Assist with quality assurance testing Qualifications
Experience building packages/procedures from scratch. Strong experience with performance tuning for Oracle and PL/SQL coding. Ability to translate business requirements into technical design documents. Excellent knowledge of cursors, functions, stored procedures, views, materialized views, indexes, collections, triggers. Excellent knowledge of best practices for database design and development. Ability to communicate effectively with business users, gauge their needs and develop sound solutions to complete work as requested. Provide after-hours support for releases and production support issues or for urgent tasks. Desirable Skills
7+ years of professional Oracle PL/SQL programming experience. 10+ years of technology development experience. Experience working with Oracle 12X, Toad, Git, Java, Python Benefits
