The firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Providence headquarters. In this role, you will manage a broad range of complex business litigation matters, providing strategic counsel and exceptional representation to the firm’s corporate clients. Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, development, and day-to-day oversight.

Draft and argue motions, conduct in-depth legal research, and prepare persuasive memoranda.

Prepare witnesses for depositions, trials, and other proceedings; take testimony in depositions and before tribunals; participate actively in trials, conferences, and hearings.

Oversee e-discovery, document review, and production processes.

Deliver thorough legal analysis and provide strategic counsel to clients.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on complex corporate and commercial disputes.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic performance.

Active bar admission in Rhode Island or Massachusetts (both preferred). Candidates admitted in other states are encouraged to apply, but must be willing to obtain Rhode Island admission within their first year at the firm.
