Engineering Manager - Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Washington, DC
The Opportunity Four Seasons Washington, DC is looking for an Engineering Manager. This role supports the engineering leadership team, assisting the Director of Engineering and Project Manager with leading a team that services and repairs hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC and refrigeration, and responds to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner to achieve guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Engineering and Project Manager with leading the engineering team.
Provide service and repairs to hotel equipment across electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, and refrigeration.
Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Eye for detail and organization.
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Licensing: Mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration CFC License; First Class Engineer's License - D.C.
Skilled in proper and safe use of all engineering equipment, tools, products and materials.
Strong guest service skills and effective problem solving.
Computer skills (word processing, PM programs).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring and schematic diagrams.
Working knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local codes and OSHA standards.
