Own product development, marketing strategy, and the innovation pipeline—from concept through retail execution—for one of the world’s most dynamic beauty brands. Drive brand development, marketing programs, and product launches, while using industry insights and competitive analysis to craft fact-based and creative recommendations that deliver growth within budget. Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, building strong relationships and leading by example to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture. Managing a team of Brand Managers, balancing leadership, strategic thinking, problem solving, and expert project management to ensure flawless execution across the brand portfolio. The ideal candidate has proven experience in color cosmetics and/or product development, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and understands omni-channel marketing best practices in the beauty industry. Support Global Marketing Director in executing the global strategic roadmap Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Brand Managers Partner with LA-based teams, cross-functional partners, and global markets to deliver omni-channel innovation plans with a focus on DTC and the U.S. market Create consumer-first 360° brand experiences across all touchpoints Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, Design, Packaging, Project Management, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, PR, Education, and Digital teams to deliver profitable innovation Support regional and retailer trade marketing programs to ensure local relevance Develop product briefs, offering books, and 360° activation plans for affiliates Monitor competitive landscape to identify white space opportunities and execute action plans Provide affiliates with timely information and updates to meet global launch requirements Qualifications
We’d love to see candidates who have: Essential: 3–5+ years’ experience in cosmetics product development, 7+ years in marketing Experience managing and mentoring a team of 2+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus Global experience with strong knowledge of the U.S. market Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Desirable: Omni channel, indie and iconic beauty brand experience is a PLUS Is analytical and fiscally responsible Our Benefits
As our Global Sr. Brand Manager Cosmetics, this is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
