QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required, preferable in Higher Education Administration, Finance, Business or related field from a regionally accredited institution. Master's Degree preferred. Five or more years of directly related work experience related to the position responsibilities. Knowledge of GASB, FASB and GAAP. CPA preferred. Responsibilities
Provide positive, forward thinking financial leadership to prepare the College for the future. Execute the financial mission and vision set forth by the President and Board of Trustees. Prepare and regularly monitor the budget. Supervise and develop staff. Prepare the annual audit report and financial statements. Facilitate compliance with local, state, and federal laws/regulations. Ensure preparation and submission of third-party reports (DHE, HLC, IPEDS, NCCBP). Develop new, sustainable revenue sources for the college. Supervise facility management, construction projects, and planning. Salary and Benefits
