We’re partnering with a small private equity-backed, high-growth B2B SaaS company with rapid organic growth and an M&A pipeline. We’re looking for a hands-on Controller to own accounting, drive scalable processes, and position the business for a successful exit. What You’ll Do Lead a small accounting team of 2 Oversee all accounting operations, US GAAP financials, and internal controls Manage multi-entity consolidations and integration of acquisitions Serve as in-house ASC 606 and SaaS accounting expert Partner with the CFO on cash flow, budgeting, M&A, and strategic finance initiatives What We’re Looking For CPA + 8+ years of progressive accounting experience SaaS and high-growth experience required Strong US GAAP / ASC 606 expertise and strong systems orientation Proven track record integrating acquisitions and scaling processes Why Join Equity upside + Fully remote + flexible PTO Medical stipend, annual home office allowance, 401(k) match High-impact seat at the table in a growth-stage, PE-backed SaaS environment If you’re a strategic, roll-up-your-sleeves leader ready to scale a finance function for growth and exit, we’d love to connect.
