Your Role & Responsibilities
Architect and configure Workday HCM to align with organizational goals
Lead integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems and third-party services
Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with global data protection regulations
Drive innovation and maximize ROI on Workday investments
Guide implementations across modules: HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management
Translate business needs into technical solutions through stakeholder collaboration
Mentor teams, provide expert-level support, and promote platform adoption
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
10+ years of experience with Workday or comparable HR/ERP systems
Deep expertise in Workday architecture, modules, and integrations
Strong skills in security design, reporting, and data analytics
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with global Workday deployments
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks
Exposure to Workday Extend or Prism Analytics
Education & Certifications You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Workday HCM Certification required
