Campaign Marketing Manager – OPEXUS

Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
OPEXUS + Casepoint seeks to expand our marketing team with the addition of a talented Campaign Marketing Manager, who will help craft, execute, and manage compelling and effective campaign tactics, utilizing best-in-class marketing tools and technology.
The person to take on this role will combine marketing experience with technical curiosity to execute multi-channel strategies to support the marketing lead funnel and pipeline creation. This role will report into the Director of Demand Generation.
We are looking for dedicated, goal-oriented individuals who are passionate about demand gen and digital marketing and excited to help take our newly combined company to its next stage of growth. Ideal candidates are organized, creative, analytical, collaborative, strong project managers, and fast learners with a bias towards action.
Your Role
Support integrated demand gen strategy and planning, maintaining organized marketing calendars and project management tools
Execute multi-channel campaigns through a variety of digital marketing tactics and channels including email, display advertising, intent tools, paid social, content syndication, chatbots, and other channels
Utilize new and emerging technologies well (including AI and automation) to help scale marketing impact
Translate new campaign ideas into strong messaging and creative copy optimized for various channels
Track, test, report, and analyze metrics to optimize campaign performance and conversions with granular tracking across relevant KPIs
Partner with product/content marketing and sales to continually refine OPEXUS campaigns and messages based on the needs of targeted buyers, ensuring we are reaching the right audience with the right message
Desired Experience
3-5 years of successful B2B software marketing experience, preferably with technical products or services
Hands-on experience utilizing various MarTech, CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce experience strongly preferred), 6sense and intent tools, LinkedIn and Google Ads, etc.
Comfort developing campaigns from the ground up – you enjoy seeing the business impact from your work, are unafraid to test new ideas, and love to solve problems
Success delivering results with a metrics-driven mindset and excelling in tracking campaign performance and associated spend down to granular details while providing roll-up reporting to management
Adaptable to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
Resourceful self-starter, comfortable working autonomously with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic
Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience preferred
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Education
Bachelor’s degree – Business and Marketing degrees are preferred but not required.
