Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is seeking a Manager Software Engineer 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Bellevue, NE. The qualified applicant will become part of the Official Information eXchange (OIX) Program. Roles include functional management, program management support activities, customer liaison, product development, help desk management, and commercial product proposal activities.

Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) certification and accreditation processes
Experience working with IC program management teams
Experience managing program cost, schedule, and staffing
Must have an active Department of Defense Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI
Preferred Qualifications
Proven Functional Manager experience
Proven experience operating and managing Secure Messaging, Legacy Messaging, and Cross Domain Solution Products
Ability to lead/manage a diverse team including engineering, testing, and customer support teams
Experience with the full lifecycle of commercial product development
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment with changing priorities and focus
An active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Requirements

Salary and Benefits Primary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
