Location : Denver/Metro Area (On-site - As needed / Hybrid)

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $60,000 – $75,000 per year (Plus lucrative bonus program)

Key Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and support advanced Networking solutions, including switching, routing, and wireless infrastructure.

Manage and optimize Microsoft Infrastructure (AD, Group Policy, Exchange, and Hyper-V environments).

Design and deploy Azure Infrastructure solutions (IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environments).

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and security appliances.

Proactively monitor, assess, and enhance client security postures, including vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and incident response.

Act as the primary Technical Account Manager for assigned clients, ensuring IT strategies align with business objectives.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights into system performance, potential risks, and improvement opportunities.

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and proactive delivery of services.

Lead multi-phase client projects such as migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and advanced security deployments.

Serve as a technical advisor to clients, helping align technology strategies with business goals.

Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Resolve Tier 2 escalations across all technical disciplines.

Troubleshoot complex environments and root-cause critical system issues.

Guide Tier 1 staff in troubleshooting and skill development.

Collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities for enhanced client service.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in an MSP.

Proven experience managing enterprise-level Networking and Microsoft Infrastructure environments.

Hands-on experience with Azure cloud deployments and management.

Advanced configuration and management of Fortinet appliances (firewalls, switches, and SD-WAN).

Experience in Technical Account Management, with a proven ability to build client relationships and align IT with business objectives.

Technical Proficiency

Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.

Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF).

Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices (firewalls, SIEMs, MFA, EDR).

Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Datto, or similar).

Certifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Fortinet NSE 4 or higher

Cisco CCNP or equivalent networking certification

CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
