Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities . This position is eligible for hybrid (remote and onsite) teleworking. The HRBP partners closely with and supports their assigned HR Business Partner to bridge HR processes with business objectives in the assigned business units. It also assists with HR consultation and support in managing employee performance, employee relations, conflict resolution, job classification, reorganization and restructuring, and compensation.
Responsibilities
The Associate HRBP partners closely with and supports their assigned HR Business Partner to bridge HR processes with business objectives to assigned business units.
Assists with HR consultation and support in the areas of managing employee performance, employee relations, conflict resolution, job classification, reorganization and restructuring, and compensation.
Qualifications Any of the following combinations in completed education (degree field of study in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or closely related field) and experience (providing HR support in multiple HR functional areas such as employee relations, performance management, job classification, and compensation):
High school diploma/GED with seven years of experience
Associate degree with five years of experience
Bachelor's degree with three years of experience
Master's degree with one year of experience
Salary Salary Range:
$80,142.40 - $130,062.40 Annually
