Senior Director of People Experience
to own
Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement, and Internal Communications
for our global workforce. You’ll design programs and experiences that help our people grow, feel connected, and stay inspired. What You’ll Do
Lead all L&D programs — onboarding, career development, leadership training. Shape and evolve our culture, values, and engagement initiatives. Oversee global employee communications — clear, inspiring, and consistent. Partner with leaders to create a workplace where everyone can do their best work. Use feedback and data to continuously improve our people experience worldwide. What We’re Looking For
8+ years in People, L&D, or Culture roles, with global leadership experience. Skilled communicator and storyteller who connects with all audiences. Track record of designing programs that scale and deliver results. Passion for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces. Benefits
