Job Summary
San Jose, CA — We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Recruiter Coordinator
to support our recruiting team and ensure a seamless hiring process. In this role, you will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and assist with recruitment logistics to help us attract and hire top talent efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling across departments, time zones, and locations (onsite/remote). Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage communication with internal teams and external candidates to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist recruiters with job postings and resume reviews. Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status. Support the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring managers. Help plan and execute recruiting events, job fairs, and campus visits. Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws. Requirements
1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or coordination roles Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related filed (preferred) Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Employment type
Full-time Hourly rate: $23-$28 based on knowledge, experience, and qualification Seniority level
