The Sr. Employee Relations (ER) Consultant conducts equitable, consistent, timely and thorough investigations and communications. The role provides guidance and support to leaders on ER cases, performance concerns and the corrective action process. It collaborates with HR site teams, HR Centers of Excellence (COE), entity leadership, General Counsel and relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities also include reviewing and analyzing metrics, tracking and trending data to forecast potential areas of concern. The role requires specialized knowledge of Federal & State labor laws, technical proficiency and a high level of confidentiality. The selected candidate will support Bethesda Hospital East, Bethesda Hospital West and Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Responsibilities
Conduct equitable, consistent, timely investigations and communications. Provide guidance and support to leaders on ER cases, performance concerns and the corrective action process. Collaborate with HR site teams, HR Centers of Excellence (COE), entity leadership, General Counsel and other stakeholders. Review and analyze metrics, track and trend data to forecast potential areas of concern. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Federal & State labor laws. Support Bethesda Hospital East, Bethesda Hospital West and Boca Raton Regional Hospital as a Sr. Employee Relations Consultant. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources with over 3 years in Employee Relations. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred. Additional information
