KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Workday HCM - Recruiting for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities Lead Workday HCM projects focused on strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization, pertaining to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications Support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and other pursuits; collaborate with appropriate KPMG resources from various service lines/industries Oversee day-to-day ERP Advisory engagements for clients, encompassing process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews Supervise and performance-manage staff on assigned engagements Manage projects according to KPMG's financial and cost management policies Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required Qualifications

A minimum of five years of ERP, HCM implementation, and upgrade experience Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university Completed one full implementation with Workday HCM and certified in Workday Recruiting or Talent (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn't currently hold the aforementioned certification will be required to secure one within three months from the commencement of employment) Strong verbal and analytical skills, with the capacity to write at a publication-quality level Comprehensive understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality Willingness and ability to travel Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
