Aon . Aon is looking for a Health Solutions Operations Consultant to join the U.S. Health Solutions Operations team and work in a hybrid arrangement from Chicago, IL. You will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Health. Responsibilities
The Operations Consultant will report to the National Health Operations Manager. You will be responsible for delivering optimal results by supporting key reporting/analytics, national business processes and tools across the practice. You will help project manage and deliver on U.S. Health business objectives (e.g., client recovery, vendor management, cash management compliance, business hygiene) along with support and execution on Health and ABS initiatives. Opportunity and impact
Play a key role in helping Health Solutions optimize operations and grow operating income. You will need to develop a detailed knowledge of the business and Aon’s internal processes and procedures to drive the organization to higher level of efficiency and performance. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience Hands-on experience of 2+ years or more in a client-facing or operations role, ideally within health care or employee benefits industry Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, output-driven environment Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, while staying focused on expected outcomes Proficient in MS Office and Pivot Tables Able to work in a complex global matrix environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong ability to work collaboratively with partners at all levels What We Offer

Pay
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $76,000 - $86,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
