Overview
The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic, hands-on leader who drives digital innovation and measurable results for a diverse range of clients. You’ll develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels—including paid media, SEO, and content marketing—all while delivering exceptional client service and collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth. This role is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious and a lifelong learner—someone who thrives on staying ahead of trends, exploring new technologies, digging into data and analytics, and continually improving their craft. You’ll play a role in harnessing the power of AI and other emerging technologies to develop smarter, more creative, and more effective marketing campaigns for clients, helping the agency lead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
tailored to client goals, including paid search, paid social, audio, CTV, and programmatic. Manage paid advertising campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, etc.), optimizing for ROAS, Lead Generation, and performance metrics. Monitor and manage marketing budgets , ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for clients. Oversee SEO and content marketing efforts , including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy. Develop organic social media strategies
and align with paid initiatives to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign impact. Analyze campaign performance
using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Agency Analytics, Sprout Social and reporting dashboards to make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with account managers, designers, copywriters and developers
to create high-quality marketing materials such as advertisements, organic posts, eBlasts and website optimizations. Build and Manage client relationships , ensuring clear communication, performance updates, and strategy alignment. Act as a point of contact for clients on all digital marketing initiatives. Present campaign results
and reports, providing thoughtful, strategic recommendations to clients. Stay updated on digital marketing trends , AI advancements, and new tools. Proactively bring innovative ideas to the agency and clients to stay ahead of the curve. Attend industry conferences, webinars, and workshops
to expand knowledge and bring fresh thinking back to the team. Conduct ongoing research
on the latest industry best practices, technologies, and platforms to help the agency explore and implement them effectively for clients. Guide and oversee junior team members , helping them to grow their skills, set and reach goals, and organize and prioritize their workload. Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven record of multi-channel campaign success for diverse clients. Experience in marketing automation and CRM management, leveraging platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot to drive client lifecycle engagement and campaign orchestration. Advanced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) skills, with experience analyzing user flows, optimizing landing pages and funnels, and running multivariate and A/B tests. Strong ability to collaborate with designers and developers on UX/UI projects, ensuring digital assets deliver seamless user experiences and drive conversions. Direct experience deploying and integrating generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, image generators, and predictive analytics) to improve marketing outcomes, content creation, and campaign efficiency. Exceptional analytical and presentation skills, transforming data insights into clear, persuasive client reports and strategic recommendations. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana) to organize, prioritize, and execute complex marketing initiatives within cross-functional teams. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital trends—including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), emerging technologies, and continual learning through industry webinars, workshops, and self-driven research.
