Responsibilities

Reports to Family and Consumer Sciences Dept. Chair. Ability to understand, speak, and write English to convey messages and correspond articulately and professionally. Strong organizational skills. Advanced computer skills. Classroom management and allocation of teaching resources. Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner. Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission. Supervisory Responsibilities

Non-supervisory role. Qualifications and Credentials

Minimum Qualifications: Masters with 18 graduate hours in the Fashion Design discipline or related areas. All degrees must be from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Applicants must demonstrate a personal faith commitment to Liberty University’s evangelical Christian purpose, as well as full adherence to its evangelical mission and doctrine. Also of importance are organizational skills and the ability to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision.
