We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and supporting the development of brand strategies to drive customer engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and website. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches. Maintain and update the company's CRM and marketing databases. Support SEO/SEM strategies and paid advertising efforts. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (B2B or B2C). Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Google Ads). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and performance metrics.
