The Director, Outlet Field Leader is expected to deliver first-class service to our customers and our teams, creating a luxury experience in everything we do. This critical leadership role will remove obstacles, provide support, and ensure that our Outlet teams feel empowered to do the right thing. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about motivating and inspiring teams to deliver results and exceed customer expectations. This individual will lead and develop our internal talent, setting the tone for an environment where vision is everything, while leading our Outlets in the region. Our leaders have a sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste and a discerning eye for luxury. They will understand the importance of attracting and retaining talent who uphold the same high level of professionalism. Responsibilities
Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day Build and maintain relationships with Outlet Leadership teams to develop strategies that drive business results while ensuring exceptional customer service Set Sales, Payroll and Inventory goals, analyzing trends to develop plans and schedules that maximize profits and minimize costs Lead, inspire and energize your teams to consistently exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers Provide ongoing sales and merchandise training for the team to achieve sales goals Recruit, coach and develop all members of the team by providing challenging goals and assignments Ensure transparency of business sales trends, merchandise assortment and inventory levels, new operational procedures, and hiring needs among your Leadership team Set standards for visual merchandising, Outlet cleanliness, safety, and operations Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showroom, or luxury retail preferred Multi-location leadership experience Interior design experience preferred Proven ability to lead a team to drive and exceed sales goals Superior communication, organization and leadership skills Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others Physical requirements
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing About Us
