About Your Role

As

Vice President of Asset Management , you will drive Mon Ami’s post-acquisition strategy and lead portfolio performance across our diverse national holdings. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, you will execute high-impact initiatives across residential, retail, office, and industrial properties, fueling Mon Ami's continued growth and value creation. You will own business plan execution, operational leadership, and portfolio optimization, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver superior investment outcomes. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize asset performance and portfolio value. Lead initiatives that enhance cash flow, optimize operations, and leverage market insights. Analyze market trends, tenant composition, and property data to drive agile decision-making. Mentor and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisitions, finance, leasing, and construction teams to align strategies. Oversee property budgets, financial forecasts, and operational models with a focus on performance metrics. Manage key lender relationships and contribute to capital markets strategy and refinancing efforts. Champion operational excellence through process improvements that drive efficiency and reduce costs. Serve as the senior escalation point for critical asset and property-level decisions. Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of capital improvement projects with measurable value enhancements. Provide clear and impactful portfolio updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Support investor relations through transparent reporting and strategic communications. Oversee legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance across the portfolio. Contribute to Mon Ami’s long-term ESG and risk mitigation initiatives. Qualifications

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in commercial real estate asset management. Proven leadership experience managing diverse real estate portfolios. Expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and forecasting (NPV, IRR, cash flow analysis). Proficient with real estate platforms (Yardi Voyager preferred; Yardi Breeze Premier a plus). Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and a bias for action. Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.
