Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, planning, and delivery of scalable procurement solutions. This role focuses heavily on

ERP implementation (SAP Ariba to Oracle Cloud)

and

Procurement / Supply Chain transformation . The Sr. Product Manager will be an individual contributor with executive visibility—defining the future-state roadmap, translating business needs into technical requirements, and driving innovation across procurement systems. If you have deep procurement and Source-to-Pay (STP) expertise, experience in ERP integration, and the ability to think strategically while influencing senior leadership, this is the role for you. This is

NOT

a program or project manager role. The ideal candidate is strategic, technically strong, and visionary —able to create and maintain a long-term roadmap while driving alignment across multiple business units and presenting to executive leadership.

Product Management, Procurement/Supply Chain Transformation and SAP to Oracle Cloud (OCI) modernization experience is required.

Experience with lease management and/or commercial real estate is nice to have. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 7+ years in product management or procurement operations, with expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba and/or Oracle Cloud). Proven track record building strategic product roadmaps and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions. Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes, procurement transformation, and supply chain systems. Telecom industry experience is a plus. Technical Skills

Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, roadmap tools. Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based platforms. Data analytics proficiency to inform decisions and measure success. Soft Skills

Exceptional communication and executive presence. Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints and make tradeoff decisions. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Key Success Metrics

On-time delivery of strategic procurement roadmap. Demonstrated efficiency gains and cost savings in procurement operations. High user adoption and stakeholder satisfaction. What You’ll Do

Product Ownership Define and own the product vision, strategy, and 3-year roadmap for procurement solutions. Lead full product lifecycle for procurement platforms and tools—including ERP, sourcing, and asset management systems. Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. Evaluate and select vendor solutions; manage relationships to ensure scalable delivery. Drive future-state recommendations aligned with industry best practices and enterprise objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with procurement leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional business units to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for all procurement product initiatives, presenting to VP-level stakeholders. Align procurement roadmaps with enterprise-wide product strategies and timelines. Process Optimization

Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and implement technology-driven improvements. Ensure compliance requirements are embedded into all procurement solutions. Utilize KPIs and analytics to measure solution performance, adoption, and ROI. Data-Driven Strategy

Use performance metrics to guide prioritization and investment decisions. Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of procurement and supply chain technology trends. Contact
