The GM is the restaurant leader responsible for achieving sales goals, managing employees, and enforcing company policies and practices. The GM uses established systems and processes to maximize profits, satisfy guests, and develop the team. This position reports to the District Manager. Responsibilities
Lead restaurant operations to achieve sales and profitability targets Manage staff performance, training, scheduling, and development Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines Implement and monitor operating systems and processes to maximize guest satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with the District Manager to align store objectives with company goals Qualifications
Minimum two years of management experience High school education or equivalent Quick Service Restaurant experience required Valid driver's license Additional details
