Program Director

Direct and coordinate activities related to production schedules and development programs, including overseeing content and planning resources and creative activities. Perform market analysis and develop sales strategies to successfully and efficiently sell series to buyers. Develop creative projects from pitch to premiere through the notes process, shepherding and protecting the vision throughout development and production. Staff above-the-line and below-the-line roles per project needs and coordinate with all producing entities. Liaise with clients, agencies, vendors, technical support, and production heads; negotiate and maintain relationships and make creative decisions. Evaluate scripts and prepare projects for pitching, including developing pitching decks. Oversee the entire development process, including securing rights, selecting the writing team, managing schedules and bookings, and safeguarding sensitive information. Monitor and review programming to ensure schedules are met, guidelines are adhered to, and performances meet company standards. Qualifications
Requirements: At least 2 years of related experience and demonstrated proficiency in market analysis and sales strategy to sell series to buyers. Experience developing creative projects from pitch to premiere through the notes process, and shepherding the vision through development and production. Experience staffing above- and below-the-line roles and coordinating with producing entities. Job Details
