We are seeking a Product Manager to support a client's delivery platform and AI integration initiatives. This role will own shared platform services, ensuring critical systems and tools are integrated, scalable, and adopted globally. Responsibilities
Define and manage the roadmap for shared services spanning multiple initiatives Drive integration of enterprise systems (CRM, collaboration, lifecycle management, workflow tools) into the delivery ecosystem Collaborate with architects, engineers, and UX to deliver services that improve adoption and usability across platforms Monitor performance and adoption of shared services, providing insights and recommendations Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams Qualifications
6–8 years of product management experience in enterprise platforms or shared services environments Strong understanding of integrating and scaling cross-platform services in complex organizations Skilled in backlog management, Agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration Experience working with global teams and enterprise stakeholders Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills Location: US Commitment: Full-time Remote: Yes Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Product Management and Marketing
