As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll lead in delivering an elevated client experience, coach and develop your team, and support store operations to ensure a seamless and stylish shopping environment. Responsibilities

Client Experience & Service: Exemplify exceptional client service, act as the boutique host, provide a personalized and memorable shopping experience, and use selling tools to engage clients. Sales & Performance: Drive individual sales, contribute to the store's monthly sales plan, mentor the team, and provide feedback on client engagement, conversion, and styling techniques. Leadership & Development: Deliver training for new hires, facilitate ongoing product knowledge, foster trust and collaboration, and act as Manager on Duty to resolve client concerns. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards: Support visual merchandising initiatives, maintain a boutique that reflects brand guidelines and aesthetics. Qualifications

2+ years of supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment. Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and develop talent. Problem-solving mindset with a track record of achieving goals. Team-oriented leader who fosters a positive and motivating workplace. Resourceful in building client relationships and attracting new talent.
