Executive Director
for our newest
Detox and Residential treatment facility , opening in Fort Collins, CO. What You\'ll Do
Provide complete executive leadership to the facility including daily operations, profitability, morale, and recruiting. Address all staffing needs such as hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll, and other HR functions to maintain smooth operations. Drive admissions and retention through census management. Oversee all aspects of the admissions and discharge process. Conduct weekly reviews of all departments and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure maximum communication, efficiency, and accountability. Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments. Maintain professional relationships with external business contacts. Ensure compliance with all federal and state accreditation requirements. What We\'re Looking For
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree, with focus on business administration preferred. Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong time-management and multitasking skills. Ability to problem solve and think critically. Honest, dignified and respectable character which models recovery principles. Benefits
