Seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a dedicated team responsible for driving financial transparency and compliance in several critical areas, including but not limited to: Consolidation and accounting for subsidiary entities; Deposits reporting; Investment securities, tax credit and other investments; and Share-based compensation. Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting and month-end close activities: supervise the preparation and review of journal entries for assigned areas Review general ledger and financial statement-level flux analysis Oversee preparation and review of supporting schedules and deliverables for internal and external reporting Manage and coach direct reports; foster career development and a high-performance culture Direct and oversee special projects, including process enhancements and implementation of new procedures across assigned areas, to support various team/department/bank-wide initiatives Coordinate and review reconciliations to ensure proper documentation and support Review board materials and supporting schedules for accuracy and completeness Liaise with external and internal auditors and regulatory bodies Research and evaluate impact of new regulations and/or accounting pronouncements Ability to perform accounting analysis in accordance with U.S. GAAP Assist in establishing and maintaining SOX control narratives, desktop procedures, and other internal memos/documents Qualifications

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in banking or financial services; 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role CPA preferred; strong knowledge of US GAAP, banking regulations, and SOX compliance requirements Demonstrated hands-on experience with regulatory filings, investments accounting, consolidation, and/or complex financial analysis Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines Commitment to process improvement and operational excellence Ability to handle complex problems in non-standardized situations Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency; knowledge of PeopleSoft or TPG a plus Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Details
