As an Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's People and Organization Practice Area with a focus on the Culture, Transformation & Change Management topic, you will work in a growing global team, providing functional expertise and insights, while collaborating with case and proposal teams to deliver expert advisory. Support your topic in developing existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets. Work on commercialization efforts for the topic, with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences, and publications. Assist with onboarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team. In the People and Organization Practice Area, focus on Organization Design & Operating Model, Talent and Skills, and Culture, Transformation & Change Management; deliver change across organizational leaders, employees, and programs. Focus on Culture, Transformation and Change Management as part of the topic. Qualifications
Master's degree relevant to culture, transformation & change management; 1+ year of relevant work experience in culture & change management preferred Or Bachelor's degree, with at least 1+ year of consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in culture & change management Fluency in English Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders Ability to apply culture, transformation & change management expertise to build and deploy a product/tool/data in diverse client contexts Collaborative, agile working style; effective in virtual and cross-functional teams Experience communicating with senior stakeholders, credible and proactive Ability to frame, structure, and share intellectual property clearly and concisely Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Comfort with new technologies and working solutions (e.g., GenAI) Flexible, curious, creative mindset; able to propose innovative ideas Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently manage work products to meet deadlines Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a global team Team and Environment

Base salary: $79,000 (USD) Annual discretionary performance bonus: 0-16% 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period Fully vested Profit Sharing Retirement Fund contributions annually, plus option for personal contributions to a 401(k) plan Zero-dollar health insurance premiums for employees, spouses, and children Low $10 copays for trips to the doctor, urgent care visits and prescriptions for generic drugs Dental coverage, including up to $5,000 in orthodontia benefits Vision insurance with coverage for both glasses and contact lenses annually Reimbursement for gym memberships and other fitness activities Paid Parental Leave and other family benefits such as elective egg freezing, surrogacy, and adoption reimbursement Generous paid time off including 12 holidays per year, an annual office closure between Christmas and New Years, and 15 vacation days per year (earned at 1.25 days per month) Paid sick time on an as needed basis Employees, spouses, and children are covered at no cost.
