Overview
Clinical Associate Director, Adult Program based in Silver Spring, Maryland. This role supervises, manages and mentors therapists across Compass Adult programming/services. In partnership with the Silver Spring Leadership Team, you will help build and shape a strong culture at the location, while providing direct coaching and development to the team. Programs serve patients across Mood/Anxiety, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, and Substance Use. Schedule
100% onsite position at our Silver Spring, MD location. Monday Friday. What Youll Do Assist Program Director in overseeing quality of care within Adult Programs/Services (Mood and Anxiety, Substance, OCD, and School Refusal). Collaborate with Compass Center of Excellence team on oversight, implementation, and ongoing development and refinement of program materials and group curricula. Oversee and manage primary/family/group therapy operations, including administrative responsibilities as well as mentoring, supervising, managing and developing therapists within the program. Perform and support other clinical roles as needed, including primary and family therapy. Provide clinical supervision for staff working toward licensure. Communicate with patients families or support systems, as needed. Coordinate care with outside providers to ensure continuity of care. Engage in crisis management as needed. Participate in community outreach when indicated. Conduct clinical intakes to identify diagnoses, functional impairment, personal strengths; chart progress; and provide group, individual, and family therapy as indicated. Advertise, interview, and hire staff as needed. Maintain frequent communication and collaboration with team members via rounds, EMR notes, emails, and in-person interactions. Support the clinical needs of the site across all programs and roles.
Who You Are
Required: Licensed Doctorate Level Psychologist, or Masters Level Clinician with full clinical license Knowledge and experience of group dynamics using CBT, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, among other evidence-based treatments. Experience with patients in crisis. Experience supervising mental health workers, both licensed and seeking licensure. Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands in a fast-paced and changing environment. Strong collaboration and consultation skills with various programs and their differing needs.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 USD. This role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
