Collaborating with senior leadership, you will help drive sustainable business growth and uphold the highest standards of data compliance and quality. Responsibilities
Direct the successful delivery of IT services, including hardware, software, and network technologies. Oversee the implementation of new IT procedures and techniques to ensure technological excellence. Supervise the selection and deployment of hardware, software, and team resources. Develop IT project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and budgets. Serve as the primary liaison to business stakeholders for IT solutions that improve key performance indicators. Foster collaboration among leadership groups within and outside the IT domain. Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to ensure team engagement and development. Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles (7+ years preferred). Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proven expertise in enterprise data management and governance strategies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Experience in IT project planning and execution, including budgeting and resourcing. Nice-to-Have Skills
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification. Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and integration best practices. Proven track record in change management and establishing best practices in data governance. Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across technical and executive teams.
