Were hiring a Campaign Manager for a hybrid opportunity in Hoboken, NJ with one of the worlds largest retail brands. Overview: As the Campaign Manager, you will oversee the recognition and delivery of revenue closed by the Sales team, spanning both managed service and self-service campaigns across all product lines. The role is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and stewardship of media campaigns, including campaign setup, advertiser guidance, pacing and optimizations, and performance reporting to ensure delivery against client objectives and revenue goals. Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution of managed and self-service campaigns, serving as the consultative expert. Act as the subject matter expert on media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation, supporting cross-functional teams as a key internal resource. Represent the organization on external client and agency calls, providing expertise on media tactics, campaign stewardship, and ad-serving platforms. Campaign channels include Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Direct Digital Sponsorships, Connected TV (CTV), Social Media (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH). Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations across Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Publisher Display Media, Network Media Buys, and Social Media Platforms. Strong knowledge of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, New Buyer, etc.) with the ability to apply media math to inform optimizations. Proven client-facing experience with the ability to identify risks, develop solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively. Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability, eager to learn new ad platforms and tactics while applying critical thinking. Comfortable navigating rapidly evolving, ambiguous environments with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple competing priorities under pressure. Knowledge of both traditional and digital media planning principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables/analysis, PowerPoint visual storytelling, Word, Outlook); experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI is a strong plus. Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks. Benefits
