Overview Kforce has a client in Boston, MA seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using the .NET Framework 4.8. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering high-quality code, and is passionate about continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, and SQL Server
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components
Perform unit testing and ensure code is released with minimal bugs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability
Provide technical documentation and support for developed applications
Ensure compliance with accessibility (ADA) and security standards
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in full-stack .NET development
Proven track record of handling complex development tasks with minimal supervision
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience is a plus
Deep expertise in C#, .NET Framework 4.8, and object-oriented programming
Strong experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, including page lifecycle, state management, and user controls
Proficiency in Entity Framework 6.x, LINQ, and SQL Server 2019+
Solid front-end development skills using jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and type-ahead/autocomplete controls
Experience with Git for version control and branching strategies
Familiarity with AWS Cloud, Azure DevOps, and logging frameworks like NLog, Log4Net, and ELMAH
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as MSTest, NUnit, or XUnit
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and refactoring skills
Experience with accessibility/ADA compliance, web application security, and role-based permissions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
