Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, including C-level executives

Assess client environments for gaps, risks, and misalignment with Tech-Keys' standards

Recommend solutions that improve security, scalability, and efficiency across client systems

Partner with internal engineers, project teams, and service desk to align recommendations with execution

Preferred

Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment strongly preferred

Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) a plus
