Implement and sustain error-proofing mechanisms (Poka-Yoke) to prevent defects.

Conduct root cause analyses and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) and eliminate quality escapes.

Drive compliance with ISO 9001 and continuously improve QA systems and documentation.

Conduct internal process audits and ensure alignment with customer and industry standards.

Train, mentor, and develop quality team members to build a culture of accountability and growth.

Leverage data, KPIs, and analytics to guide decision-making and ensure alignment with business strategy.

Act as a strategic partner to operations—strengthening collaboration between quality and manufacturing.

Proficiency with quality systems and tools (ISO 9001, FMEA, MSA, AQP).

Demonstrated business acumen—ability to align quality initiatives with bottom-line impact.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
