Job Details We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney with 5–15 years of business litigation experience to join our team. This is a full-time remote position offering the flexibility of working from anywhere while handling sophisticated commercial matters. The ideal candidate is a strong litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage their own caseload independently, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
Take and defend depositions, conduct discovery, and prepare witnesses
Draft, review, and argue motions and other legal documents
Develop litigation strategy and provide sound legal counsel to clients
Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and support staff to drive cases forward
Manage all aspects of a litigation caseload from intake through resolution
Qualifications
5 to 15 years of experience in civil/business litigation
Significant trial, deposition, and motion practice experience
Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
Excellent communication, case management, and client interaction abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing in California preferred
