Plans, designs and constructs manufacturing facilities and related structures Determines facility specifications, including analysis and evaluation of location, material resources and structural design Resolves technical problems and recommends production improvements Essential Functions
Manages the development and implementation of industrial manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency. Ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively. Responsible for the development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process. Implements effective manufacturing engineering methods and provides technical guidance and acts as a resource for manufacturing engineers. Communicates manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, or other information to facilitate production processes. Manages the evaluation of products based on specifications and quality standards. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & Senior Leadership. Required Qualifications
Required education and experience:
Associate's Degree and 7-8 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Knowledge, skills & abilities:

$103,642 - $192,478 Pay Transparency Statement
The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Companys Gain Sharing Program.
