Perform complex real estate based financial analysis, identifying and interpreting data for management's use in credit decisions. Analysis is based on property operating statements, rent rolls, client's financial balance sheet, schedule of real estate owned, and verification of deposits, with understanding of current market conditions and implications for the portfolio. Complete credit actions (annual portfolio reviews), summarizing the financial analysis and including recommendations for future business. Analyze troubled loans, including quarterly reporting to management. Actively contribute to special assignments, including evaluating income property loan portfolios, training junior staff or division employees, and updating credit policies. Formulate new analytical processes and enhance existing reports to improve information available to top management. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, credit review and loan review and/or loan workouts. Understanding of Commercial Real Estate valuation concepts and methodologies. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to quickly acclimate to proprietary systems. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with historical property cash flow analysis is preferred. Experience as a loan underwriter in commercial real estate lending is highly desirable. Regulatory note:
